I was so excited to find the exact watch my husband was looking at and for an exceptional price!
My shopping and shipping experience was also flawless!

I needed lightweight glasses for running. I had a pair. Someone stole them. I was happy to be able to replace like for like. I wish they were brown, as I'm not really super fond of the white frame. But beggars can't be choosers. And the glasses are great.

Got genuine product within 3-4 days at affordable price, i wish they had more variety in products, specially with premium brands like Tissot

Excellent service and reasonably priced for swiss made time piece and Ashford has the Glycine watches. Price can't be beat. Good eye Ashford keep those quality watches! I'll return to do business again with you. 👍

I was so pleased to find these Michael Kors frames on Ashford. The price was great and they shipped within 10-14 days. I did not use Ashford for my prescription lenses as they are progressive lenses and I needed measurements. I would use Ashford again.

My boyfriend asked for this for Christmas. I was weary about ordering on a website other than Movado but I went for it. I'm glad I did because it looks great and works!

I received my most recent purchase - a Hamilton Khaki Field Chronograph - within 2 days of purchase and with a full 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The watch was brand new and was reasonably priced. Ashford is a great company to do business with, and this is the fifth watch I have purchased from them.

I ended up returning the first watch I bought and buying a different one. The process was straightforward and I received my refund for the first watch.

This is my first time at Ashford shop., and is cery easy to buy and the customer service, response and communication is very good. Thank you!

Using the Ashford site was really effortless. Once I found the watch I wanted, I choose the payment method and the order was processed. It was at my doorstep within a few days. Perfect!

Though it was hassle-free to order and receive the watch, later I found that the watch was priced slightly lower at another website.

The watch was already running when arrived. When buying a quartz watch you'll expect a full loaded battery and start the watch yourself.
I don't know if this watch have been running for years or days. I don't know how much battery left. (This is not good when selling a watch)

Putting this problem aside, i love the model and I recommend the watch.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a Michael Kors watch just a couple of days ago, and one of the crystals has already come loose and is now inside the dial. This happened under normal use, which is completely unacceptable for a premium-priced product.
This is not the level of quality or quality control I would expect from a brand like Michael Kors. I am now concerned about potential damage to the internal movement and the overall durability of the watch.
Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend based on this experience.
