However, please note, generally, you will not receive a sizing tool or the warranty card as we do not carry non-standard accessories and we are not authorized dealers for the watch so the warranty card does not come into it.

I was at first apprehensive purchasing from Ashford, having never purchased or known of the company. I did a few checks of reviews online and they were very positive. Living in Australia makes it difficult to know the companies you can trust. Australia is a long way away from the rest of the world. I decided to take a risk and purchase a Glycine watch. I got information back immediately from the company and it wasn't long before my watch had arrived. I was utterly impressed with the quality of the watch and the speed at which it arrived. Well packaged and in perfect condition. I definitely will purchase from Ashford again.
Excellent price product and fast delivery
I am very satisfied
Ashford advertises their watches as brand new. However, the watch that I received had clearly been used and worn by someone. Although the price was attractive, I was under the impression that the watch would be delivered in a sealed box with all papers, which was not the case.
Now, Ashford wants me to pay for freight and will not send a prepaid return label. Also, I may be charged for the ''free'' shipping, but, we will find out when the refund is eventually made.

Thank you for your review. We ship all the items with everything that is provided by the manufacture. Regrettably, most manufactures no longer factory sealed to avoid waste and be more eco-friendly. Pretty seemless. I'm kinda narrowminded as far as... I really just wanted this Glycine and Ashford had it for the best price. I have no idea what else they sell or what they do. Now that I have my watch I never plan on buying anything ever again so... unless you sell eggs and bacon I'm gonna put a hold on "stuff" for awhile. Glad I took it out with a Glycine at a great price!
