I called customer service to let them know that the watch didn't work and it needed to be returned. The customer service person I spoke to sent me a RMA but I had to pay out pocket to return it. It should be the seller responsibility to pay for ithe shipping expense since the item was broke. Not a way to do business. Very disappointed.
