Easy Transaction and Fast Delivery. However, I bought a watch from Ashford in the past and although I had my refund in full with no issues, they stipulate that you can't even try the watch on the wrist. That watch had a sealed shrink wrap plastic, so I didn't even get it out of the wrapping.

Ashford is a major online store for watches and have purchased many items from them. Only issue that seems consistent with them is their quartz watches (I have purchased 10+ from them) need new batteries within a year. Not sure if they just have old stock or if they store them in a hot warehouse that kills the coin cells. That said, I replace my own batteries and the cells are cheap.
The watch is authentic and is in great new condition.
This is a lovely women's watch, at a great price. The packaging is also nice and the warranty is included.

ARRIVED QUICKLY AND LOOKED PERFECT. BUT WAS EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED THAT THE QUARTZ WATCH ARRIVED WITH A FLAT BATTERY,OR A FAULTY MOVEMENT. I HAVE EMAILED THEM BUT AS YET NO RESPONSE.ALSO 1 OF THE WATCHES I ORDERED WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WATERPROOF TO 10ATM BUT IN FACT ON BACK OF WATCH,IT SAYS 5ATM.
