Very fast order processing and great customer service with issues
Order has not been delivered. Ashford imputes fraudulent loss to customer and requests a police report for a parcel that probably has never been delivered at all.
This is pour customer service and leads to the assumption that Ashford wants to refuse its liability.

I was unhappy with the product and wish there were a more accurate picture of the actual lens that were unacceptable. If I had not thrown away the shipping box, I would have asked for a refund.
