Bought a new Tissot watch, the strap watch faulty the buckle will not lock. I asked them to send me a new strap but they wouldn't. Very unprofessional they prefer to loose the sale instead of sending me a new strap. I ended up buying a new strap from Tissot's website. I will never buy form them again.
