I was told 2 days after placing order and after paying expedition fees on my order that the item was never going to make it. When I called they refused to pay back the expedition fees stating my other item still made it. Now, you should have either let me know on day-1 so that I could buy both my items elsewhere or pay me back the expedition fees for the tardy communication. Neither of them were done!
