Received warranty unstamped which was disappointing
The watch I ordered had an inaccurate description but Customer Service made it right. Shipping took a bit longer than expected. Watch selection is very good but could have more higher end watch choices. Would rate 5 star except for the description issue. Otherwise watch exceeded expectations and a good value overall.

I haven't received my parcel. The delivery service lost it or stole it. I wrote about this incident to the store. They delegated the entire solution to the problem to me. I have to decide this with the mail, although I paid the money to the store and they should have made sure that I received the parcel and they chose this delivery service. I had a case with another store, exactly like this, so the store sent me my order again without any problems and then solved this problem itself. Here everything is the other way around. I'm very disappointed.
