I feel good. This is a good watch, I like it. I bought several watches before in Ashford store.

There is perhaps a bit cumbersome name and address validation for countries where we have some non-English characters, but overall great shopping experience. I am a returning customer and always I enjoyed nice product selection, good brands and a great price/performance ratio. UPS shipment always OK. Keep going!

The watch arrived on time and brand new as described. One day after placing the order, the watch was discounted an additional 5%. Ashford went above and beyond to credit me the difference, allowing me to capture the additional savings without hassle.

I wasn't able to order because the website wouldn't allow me to enter the detail for the billing information on my card properly. Unfortunately the website is not optimised for this and flags the purchase as fraud. Look into changing the address fields to reflect this more properly.

I ordered a Tissot Le Locle from Ashford and it arrived in extremely shady packaging. There is no paperwork in the box except for a blank warranty card. The booklet and paperwork that comes with Tissot watches is missing. Also, the box it arrived in is completely different from the one in Ashford's video. The 2-year warranty card has not been filled out by the seller, except for a stamp printed in Arabic (the seller is based in New Jersey, United States). Tissot will not service watches without the card and therefore there is no warranty. I will not be purchasing from here again.

This is the 3rd time I ordered with Ashford. The watches are authentic. Ordering online is easy and shipping is fast. My watches are beautiful! I am a very happy customer. Will definitely but again with Ashford.

Easy to navigate website. Good prices, I was able to get a further discount using a a holiday bonus code. I had seen these frames last summer but they were no longer available at the retailer I shopped at. I was very happy to find them on the ASHFORD website and after I ordered them they arrived within 2 days! The only issue I had was that because they were being shipped to Canada I had to pay duty which I felt was quite high at $30.00 on a $100.00 pair of frames. I advised UPS about this as well but they did not respond.

Ordering online was easy and straight forward. Shipping was reasonably fast. My new Hamilton Khakai Automatic Field watch arrived safely and was well packaged. The watch is just as advertised, new and a great looking watch. It is more accurate than advertised. Mine loses less than two seconds per day on average. The dial is easy to read in bright daylight and if I charge the face/dial with a strong light before I go to bed, I can read the dial/numbers mos of the night. The band it came with is fine for most anytime except for "Dress", depending on your individual preference. This is a perfect every day watch for all.
