My husband is VERY picky about his watches. I've bought and returned many watches due to his pickiness. But he really loved this one. He liked the big size, the weight, the style and overall look of this watch. And it had 2 features he likes in watches (which I find silly, but hey, everyone has their "thing") The day and date. I don't know why but it's hard to find watches with both these features. It's usually one or the other. We were really impressed with the way it was packaged. It arrived a day late. It was a Valentine's gift and arrived on the 15th instead of the original estimated delivery of the 14th, but definitely not a company issue. They did great, even responding to an email I sent inquiring about shipping. They answered in a timely manner. Overall great product, great experience. Will definitely order from Ashford in the future.

I am utterly dismayed and feel morally obligated to share my recent nightmare experience with Ashford.com, hoping to save others from a similar fate. What was promised to be a seamless purchase of 'brand new' items turned out to be a blatant case of false advertising. The Mainspring Watch Winder and CCCP watch I received were not only used but looked like they had been through years of wear.

The ordeal didn't stop at the shocking state of the items. The company's response to my complaints was a masterclass in customer disregard. The solutions they offered were not only laughably inadequate but also completely ignored the logistical and financial burden placed on me, especially as an international customer. It's as if the inconvenience caused by their misrepresentation was my burden to bear, not theirs.

The company's refusal to provide a fair and reasonable resolution, including covering the direct return shipping costs from overseas, is nothing short of insulting. It's apparent that Ashford.com is more concerned with evading responsibility than rectifying their glaring mistakes.

I implore potential buyers to steer clear of Ashford.com. Their lack of integrity in product representation and their dismissive customer service approach is a red flag you can't ignore. Don't be swayed by the facade of luxury and quality they try to sell; my experience is a testament to the reality behind their glossy exterior. A company that fails to respect and value its customers does not deserve your business!

Don't believe the reviews here. I got a fake MVMT watch from them (confirmed w/mvmt) save your money.

The sunglasses I purchased were in parts. Not wearable at all. I contacted support and have received NO response.
