I bought a Hamilton watch at a great price and got it in a timely fashion. However keep in mind that the box you get is not the original box of the watch. I got a little black zippered pouch instead of the new box it should have had. This is fine, but if giving as a gift or if you just want the original box it should have, it could be a potential let down like it was for me.

The sunglasses are great. I had no trouble at all.

Lovely looking tiny thing that is useless at it's primary function - telling time. Ashford didn't send a warranty card with the watch without which Timex won't repair it. As far as I can tell this is a cynical way for them to offload broken stock at full retail price and not be responsible for fixing it.

My first shopping at Ashford was satisfactory. Products are really great and awesome deals. Customer care responded within a day for any queries. Some areas need to improve like realtime updates on order and expected shipping and arrival dates while placing order. Really worth shopping here, would recommend and refer my contacts to check for sure.

Customer must pay for their own return label. The glass on the watches are higher than the bezel/watch frame. I have never seen a design like this before. Doesn't look good. Not sure why do they make this kind of design? It will cause the glass to get chipped easily.

Never received item, USPS showed delivered, received item for another address, now having to file police report as stolen in order for refund despite sending picture to company of incorrect item that was delivered. Having to jump through so many hoops despite delay in delivery and claim of insured delivery, and proof of incorrect delivery, beyond frustrating.
