I order a Movado watch and you advertised as brand new in the box, well it wasn't. The one you sent was scratched all over the bracelet, you replaced it with another Movado with almost no scratches but it wasn't new as you advertised on your website. I did promise myself not to buy from you again but I do like the sunglasses I'm purchasing today.
I wanted one of these for a while but when I decided to buy one they were sold out on the Swarovski website so I was thrilled to see Ashford still had some in stock. Shipping was very fast! I would order from them again. This item came sealed in the original Swarovski packaging.
