I think I purchased a watch at a great deal but when I receive the item there is a minor stain on the leather strap. The location of the stain is toward the end of the strap so when I wear it, I don't really see it and others won't see it too. But it makes me wonder now if the watch is really brand new or was it a returned item from when someone bought it from an AD.
I ordered and my sunglasses were delivered! Quick and easy. I will order again!

Ashford is a genuine site, Customer service is impressive and professional dealings.
However, in my case I faced the delivery issue. I paid the delivery charges for Second Day Air. Although they informed me that the order was shipped in 2 days but I received the items much late and I could not gift this item to the person on her B'day. Order date was 25-DEC-24 but Received date was 05-JAN-25.
