Checked internet and your companies site cam e up. Within a few minutes I was talking with Kriti. Told Kriti what I was looking for and in a few minutes time she had the information for me. I told her that I would get back within a couple of days but it was only a couple hrs that I called her back and purchased the tickets. Kriti was very polite, professional and an asset to your company.
I needed to arrange a travel plan and wanted to insure my trip. I shared my requirements, and Huber carefully listened and found the best options for me at the most competitive price. He spent nearly an hour and a half on the phone ensuring everything was handled properly.
After we booked the tickets, the airline changed the schedule the very next day. Huber proactively called me, informed me about the changes, and helped me rebook an alternative flight.
