Vasan was great to work with and very patient when answering all of my questions. My complaint is that he offered me the TCS premium plan for $39.95. When I was booking my flight less than 2 hours later the price was $214. He told me that the price had gone up from when he first sent me the quote. This to me is a bait and switch and I almost canceled my booking. There is a huge difference between $39.95 and $214. Seems a bit sketchy to me.
