For our first experience with this company all went well so far. We usually research our own tickets and ASAP was right in the ball park with the better layover times for our international traveling.
If I could give 0 stars, they would get that. Just got a call from this company. Apparently way in the past, I had reached out to them to get a quote on a flight. Since I booked my last flights weeks ago, their punctuality in regards to following up on a request already is bad.
However, what really pushed me out of the door was, when I received the first call from one of their travel agents, I told them that I am not interested in talking to them and hung up. Not even a minute later, I received the second call from the same agent. During that call, I asked her to remove my contact information from their database. After I hung up, I received an email from the same travel agent, again trying to sell me something I was no longer interested in. BUT, the email was not the last attempt to contact me. Shortly after the email, I received an *******@ASAPTICKETS: Listen to people and what they tell you. How many responses do you need before you understand someone does not need your service!
Your agent was good but your charges was too high compared to other agencies. That was bad especially when I was searching for a relatively cheap ticket.
STAY AWAY IN DROVES! Total rip off. First dealt with a 'jamal (now he's 'morrison') then a 'julia'. Had a death in the family and needed to change my ticket. Instead they cancelled me (didn't know about that until i tried to check in THE NIGHT BEFORE! Now they say delta refunded $648.36 on july 6. Which sucks because 1- i never got it, and 2-i paid $978.56! Now they tell me to take it up with delta. F**k them!

ASAP tickets has been really good. Bt last time they really messed up the booking in spite of the fact that I had emailed exact dates. The service rep booked it on wrong dates for which I had to shell out $450 to change ($150 for each for three tickets). Ultimately it was no better than booking on any of the other web sites. So my rating for asap tickets is a 3 star,
My agent 'Beckit' was totally amazing. Informed me on every step getting me what I wanted. He's was prompt in submitting my needs and was all sorted within a couple of hours. Tickets paid for and received.
I will definitely use them again. 10 out of 10.

I have trouble hearing on the phone. Murphy was extremely helpful and courteous. He stayed with me while I filled out the paper work and was not at all stressed with my "please say that again".
