I started working with Travis after watching costs of flights for over a month. I needed premium economy flights to Italy and set a specific price target. At first he told me it was impossible but he kept working and after a week and many options found a great combination, and it even included a couple of nights in a hotel (which was bare bones type of room but OK). I thought he would have given up and passed me by but he didn't. I consider his efforts "Above and Beyond".
I had a very complicated flight & she was super attentive to my needs. Truly mindful. She went out of her way to rework my itinerary twice and accommodated for my friend also traveling from a separate country.

I needed a flight to Dusseldorf, Germany on a specific day. I had researched flights online and found a very convenient flight but was more expensive than I hoped for. I found ASAP and inquired their price. Dayton helped me greatly to find the flight I wanted to a much better price I have seen on other online services.

Make sure to avail of the agent from a referral from someone you know who already had a good experience with the agent. Otherwise, you'll end up wasting a lot of time from a random agent who does not care about the customer's time and who would falsely promise they would be assisting you but actually won't. I am a very dissatisfied customer for having unfortunately handled by agents Darius and Spade! I was handled first by Spade and half way done, endorsed me to Darius. Watch out for these sales agents! Darius never initiated the call. Spade said that Darius will call me after 20 minutes. I called after an hour or so, just to process the ticket. Then after payment of a changed price which is $31 higher than they initially offered, Darius said he would call me when ticket is issued to confirm the seats, but he never did. I guess their business is over because the ticket has been paid. I myself called PAL to verify and find out that the ticket had already been issued. Darius sent me the ticket by email after about 4 hours from the time PAL confirmed my ticket. I myself also handled the seat assignment with PAL. When I called ASAP and asked for a supervisor to verify what happened to my ticket because Darius was out on a break as per Portia, she put me on hold for about 45 minutes, then told me that they have a problem with their system that caused them to fail emailing my issued ticket. Then she told me again to wait for an available supervisor. Of course, I hanged up the phone after about 20-30 minutes waiting! They lie too often. I am not sure if that's part of their sales training!
I found agent, Abigail, most helpful and patient in finding tickets for us to Germany and again to Seoul. I will definitely call her for my next travel!

ASAP tickets were absolutely no help after our flight was cancelled. Then it was cancelled again because of airline issue and asap was still no help! Kept saying the airline where we first checked in had control of our tickets. NOT helpful!

The airlines do on occasion change the schedules of flights for various reasons, and the travel agency regrettably cannot control that.
If the schedule change was made by the airline on the day of the flight departure and they took the control of the ticket, the travel agency cannot see the new schedule of the flight on your reservation.

Dealing with Misty at ASAP Tickets was an amazing pleasure! I had lots and lots of questions. I gave her different dates and airports to work with for my trip. She had so much patience and was ALWAYS eager to find out whatever I wanted to know. As I was about to settle on a ticket she told me it would be cheaper to fly from a different airport that is closer to me! She saved me time and money! She was always eager to help me. She constantly sent me quotes through my email on all of the many different options I asked her about! This is not the first time I used ASAP tickets and it is definitely not the last!
