Booked a flight with this company that had 2 layovers in Europe which meant we needed schengen Visa. But we only learned about that the day of our flight from united airlines employee who told us the agency (ASAPTickets) should have let us know about that. When we called them to be rerouted they transferred us to customer service where no one we pick and it would keep going on voice mail. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy
