Actually, beyond horrible customer service. I was even misled about when to call back to the person I was told I needed to talk to make sure it was after her shift ended.
My direct representative, named Lisa, was pleasant and helpful but when I ran into an issue that was outside of her juridiction the rest of the company was a bunch of clowns, that also came across as lazy, dishonest, or both. Do not use this company. If your trip goes perfectly, you won't notice anything, but as is comnon with international travel, if anything comes up don't expect any help from ASAP tickets or their parent company ITN.
