We were trying to change our travel plans and date returning from France to JFK. We have Travel Insurance for a change of plans. As of yet they have made no effort to help us. The worst customer service ever

The person who assisted me with all of this his name was pierce, was very patient he gave me multiple options over many many days and gave me everything I asked for the entire time. I am very happy with his service and I will use him again.

For me, it's good to speak in your own language to avoid some misunderstanding. I'm not a good English speaker kaya laking tuwa ko pag Filipino rin ang kausap ko, my agent met all my demands, she is very good in all we have talked.

My agent met all my demands. I am a serious critic when it comes to travel agents but your agent was phenomenal. I even recommended him to a friend who paid more on the same journey

Re-booking the flight was hell. Costumer services are making continuous mistakes and it takes dozens of calls and e-mail to get corrections. They charged the credit card more than what was offered and then they only partly reimbursed. Avoid at all cost.

Otherwise I was a little bit disappointed by Affirm proposal loan rate (around 27% for one who has a good credit history).
