I had purchase tickets for myself and my family with ASAP for several years now. The sales department is good and efficient, but not the customer service department or the complaint department.

I purchased tickets through ASAP in January from Atlanta to Guatemala for March 28th with DL. Because of the virus, Guatemala closed its borders in February and subsequently DL has canceled all flights to Guatemala.

My friend bought the same ticket directly with DL and DL has provided her a refund with no penalties three weeks ago. Because I purchased the tickets through ASAP, DL told me that ASAP needs to make the transaction. DL assured me that since this is not my fault, DL is not charging penalties and is providing whole refunds.

ASAP is answering all sales related phone calls very quickly, but when i call the customer service department it takes one hour to get through just to talk to someone who can not make any decisions. I am patient and have been calling since February, but all I get is that I have to wait a few weeks.

I finally received an email this week to let me know that because i canceled the flight, DL will charge me penalties, which is absolutely not true. I can't ever reach the person in ASAP who sent me the email by email or phone.

I understand we are all living a very difficult situation, but you can't answer your sales calls fast and not your customer service calls. And very importantly, you can't provide false information to your customers. I have more tickets that I bought from ASAP for June and I am afraid this might continue. I will never purchase from you again.

ASAP TICKETS lacks a work ethic. ASAP TICKETS is quick in selling expensive tickets, but very slow in responding your inquiries, and reluctant in helping you when you need them the most. ASAP TICKETS often provide inaccurate information.
I purchased 3 tickets from ASAP TICKETS. The airline cancelled the flights and offered refund. Since I bought the tickets through ASAP TICKETS, airline asked me to get my refund through ASAP TICKETS. It is over a week I am trying to get my refund, but ASAP TICKETS is not responding.
After cancelling my return flight, I was very desperate to get back home in Canada from Manila, and tried to buy return tickets from ASAP TICKETS. This was my second experience with ASAP TICKETS. ASAP TICKETS travel agent first offered me 2900$/ticket (economy, one-way) and told me only 3 tickets are left. I did not accept the offer, and within a minute, the travel agent offered me the same tickets for 2000$/ticket. I feel they were trying to rip me off.
I strongly discourage you from working with ASAP TICKETS.

I called, email and finally got Darshan to request a cancellation and this company has done nothing. I was told but the travel insurance and I will have no problem. My flight was cancelled and they are not responding. I was supposed to travel on 28th March the refund request was put in two weeks ago. DO BETTER. I am not even suppose to have to use insurance for this. I want my refund for both my flight and insurance

Mr Ferguson is the worst agent; and the customer service department sucks. Ferguson sweat talk me to buy a travel protection; now I lost 2 baggage due to flight cancellation; and he dodging my calls and unable to help. I called the customer service all day and drop calls or no one refuse to talk to me. In times of crisis, we need you to do YOUR JOB as you promise; but running away from claims and you call yourself a company; is ridiculous. I'd give a negative star if possible... I have been sympathetic to their workload due to COVID-19 and have tried to be more than civil with their support team as they bounce me around from department to department with no response.

My original outbound flights were canceled so my assigned agent told me that he has put in a request for their customer service team to reach out to me for a refund in this case. No email or call follow-up for days. I got worried so I decided to talk to their support team. After 3 days, I got a hold of an agent. For the next few days, I was asked to go around in circles with their customer support would also point towards schedule change and vice versa without providing any answers. Left 10+ voicemails? Yes. Response? No.
Left 4+ emails? Yes. Response? No.
I have nearly spent 11-12 hours either trying to get in touch with them or being on hold. That's nearly the flight time of my outbound airline. NEVER. I repeat NEVER am I doing business with ASAP Tickets. This was my first and the last time. Heck, I even purchased the useless Ticket Protection service. It sounds like a SCAM. I was originally told that it will allow me to get refunds in such situations but a customer representative mentioned today that someone is spreading that misinformation. That's convenient.
I got charged $90 to "protect" my travel and was left hanging when it came to redeem the benefits.

Airline has already emailed me that my flight is cancelled. I called Airline for full refund due to flight cancellation. I was then informed that ASAP Tickets should be doing the full refund. I have been contacting ASAP for several times now, email and phone, and nobody is picking up or replying to my email. I want my full money back, including the ticket protection I purchased.

I am very upset. I have been calling, emailing this ASAP tickets for the longest time. My supposedly flight is in two days now and they keep giving me options. I just want to get my full refund back for all of this. I spent so much time trying to reschedule my flight due to corona virus but they keep saying this and that. Have to pay for cancellation too? Why would I? It's not my fault there's a corona virus.

We book from this company prior to the Coronavirus last year. Fast forward 2020 our trip to Europe scheduled for April 6,2020 was cancelled by the travel agency. I round trip air flight to Paris from NYU was booked through ASAP ticket. We have have called and emailed this company with no response. There isn't even any information on their website regarding the Coronavirus as every online company has done. It is my thought this company has jump ship and has no intention of giving anyone there money back. Unfortunately British Airlines will not cancel the reservation it has to be done through ASAP. Is there anyone out there with a similar experience. Looks like we are going to have to take legal actions against this company. What a SCAM!

I called Omar whom I worked with in the past and he quickly and efficiently addressed the issue and resolved my flight need in a expeditious manner. Not too mention it was at a cheaper price then my original ticket. He did a great job

A big nightmare

Trying to cancel my tickets and for so many attempt email, calls and cancellation through their website nothing happens and I tried to contact the customer service I got hold with their agents but they keep promising that they already submitted the cancellation but not completed. We had covid 19 and this should be refunded it is in the rule of every airline but nothing happen until now. So frustrated and disappointed. The stress that caused me everyday is unbearable

The service was certainly adequate and the purchase went fairly smoothly but, when I had to contact ASAP to ask a question, the only the agent who could assist me further was the agent who assisted me in getting the ticket but, I was not informed of this so I could make a note of who I spoke with. When I did call regarding an issue, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes wait for someone to assist me. The person I spoke with gave me different information that the previous agent I spoke with. Put on hold again. Third agent I spoke with gave me a third version of my options. Put on hold again and somehow got disconnected. Called back and put on hold for another 15-20 minutes once again. When I eventually got to speak with another agent I informed that that I just want to cancel my ticket and be done with it. I did not go into details but, that was my best option. Cost me $489 and close to two hours of aggravation, frustration and having to listen to some of the worst music I ever had the displeasure to have to endure all to travel nowhere. Use these guys only in your world never has unexpected events.
