Travel agent showed exemplary service and could be presented as a role model to other agents. She was flexible, accommodating and made sure I get what's expected and a little more. I will spread the word about her great attitude and professionalism to other who might need travel agency services.
Awful! They act so nice and over promise! They only want to sell you the ticket but then if there's a challenge forget it! Don't but trip protection! It doesn't protect! I cancelled 2 1/2 months ahead with a doctor's note and I got nothing. Had to go to the Insurance Commissioner in California to fight for me! I got 1/2 my money back! Easy to buy a ticket from them. They will promise you the world. They are on the verge of being fraudulent! I wouldn't; t even give them one star but I had to post something to get this review up.
I was making reservations to Ghana Africa and received great service and price. However the airline canceled one leg of my journey and when contacting ASAP Tickets the agent that I worked with was able to locate tickets and a very fair price. I did have to adjust my dates a few days but that was not ASAP Tickets they have to work with the airlines flight schedules. I will diffidently work with them again for future travels.
They got me very cheap prices and I really loved the lady that worked with me. Her name is Liva. She was so patient and kind and she always made time for me till my ticket was purchased.

Dusty, my customer service representative, made an exceptional effort to find us the best travel experience possible. He searched for not only the best price, but also the best duration, best layover and best airlines suitable for our needs. I have been a longtime Expedia user, but my experience with ASAP has persuaded me to switch. Expedia's options were limited and over $7000, but I paid about $1000 with ASAP. My mother-in-law had died the week before, so it was imperative that we traveled to the home country. The other sites priced flights at an exorbitant rate, but ASAP's prices were reasonable, acceptable and fair. Given that we were faced with an tragedy, and given that ASAP didn't take advantage of our suffering, I will now be a regular ASAP customer. Dusty was the first step for a smooth travel experience. ASAP tickets is a scam! My family and I were supposed to go on the trip of a lifetime in April and due to Covid our flights were cancelled by the airline. ASAP tickets then told us that in order to receive a refund there was a $800 per ticket fine, totaling $2400 for our family. They were unable to give us where this was stated in writing anywhere. The real kicker is that both myself and my mom are nurses on the front lines during the pandemic and we were taken advantage of by a greedy travel agency! Beware, the little bit of money you may save is not worth it!

They were awesome. I had a problem with my bank and they worked with me and stayed in constant contact with me to answer all my questions. If I needed something they called me immediately. Excellent service. Very satisfied. Would definately recommend.

Good service with the agent Diego thank you so much for your help you keyed in touch back and forth to make sure we had out flight changed to satisfied us and make our trip a lot more comfortable to bad we didn't have the same luck coming to turkey we paid over 1000 dollars to get new reservations plus 300 for our suitcases plus our vacation was cut short for 4 day but over all we made it to spend time with our family

Conrad went out of his way to make things easier and reeboked my flights. I wasn't able to fly in April because of the Covid. Conrad did everythign right so I can do it later.
I don't usually write reviews but i read them now thats not fair so today am writing this one, was helped by agent Zarsi and he was very patient with me and gave me a lot of options and advice not pushy at all but gave me all the time to decide and call him back, i would recommend asap to my colleagues definitely
Do NOT trust this company. They are the biggest dissapointment. My flight got cancelled and the airline refunded the money. The problem is they refunded the money to ASAPTickets' account in APRIL. It has been 5 months and no one replies my calls/emails and I don't think I will ever get my money from the company. Total scam!
After posting this review on multiple sites, the company reached out saying that they CANNOT refund the ticket since it was non-refundable. The funny thing is, the airline had already refunded my ticket money back to ASAPTicket bank account and I was confirmed through an email. The fact that they hold on to my money, and tell me that I cannot get it back after 5 months of stalling is nothing but a money-centric and a greedy culture that the company base its values on. Do not trust your money with this company, as they will never care at the end...

Looking for a cheap ticket today I found ASAP Tickets by chance. The travel agent Thalia was very polite, informative and for less than 3 minutes she gave me a price which was about $60 less than any online agencies. Liars, Cheats & Thieves. I was told via email on April 28th by Sheena S. Customer service rep that I would receive a refund for my tickets to the Philippines after the airline canceled my flight, within 30 to 60 days of her email. It is Sept 20th and still no REFUND! THAT'S 4 MONTHS or 120 days. I have all the documentation to support my claims. $3,431.65 is the amount stolen from me. I have been patient enough, this is my first complaint and I will next file a complaint with the FTC, DOT, California's Seller of Travel Program Department of Justice, my state rep, congressional rep, and Senators. Today I tried one last time yet It is so shameful that when I ask to speak to my customer service rep I get voice mail and told that she is unavailable that the customer service rep Chin who does answer is more than happy to help with my refund but that due to the fact it was someone else who I was dealing with before it would require him to start the entire process over from the beginning.
