The experience started off wonderful until COVID hit and we couldn't travel to Europe like planned. I even took out "ticket protection" --- which is basically scam and of no use. We booked 5 tickets last December for travel to Europe. About $6000 with that travel insurance I paid for. Well starting in May 2020, I knew we couldn't travel to Germany. So I started the cancellation process. Out of the $6000 I was charged, I got a $3200 refund, despite the fact that ASAP received a refund from the airlines. Go direct to the airlines to book. If I would have just booked with United -- I wouldn't be down several thousand dollars.
I purchased tickets in February for a trip to Italy in July. Coronavirus hit the US and I was wondering if my flight would be cancelled. I checked directly with the airline in June and all was fine. When I was hearing that many other flights were being cancelled, I once again checked with the airline one week before departure. I learned that my flight had in fact been cancelled and ASAP TICKETS had been notified. The airline said that I could have a credit or my money would be returned but I would need to get it from ASAP tickets as I had purchased my tickets through them. When I contacted ASAP TICKETS and asked why I hadn't been notified of the cancellation, they told me that it was my responsibility to continue to check with the airlines. I requested my money back and was told I could only have a credit and with the one airline. I contacted my credit card company to resolve the issue. After that, ASAP tickets called me to say that I should be happy I wasn't being charged a cancellation fee (for a flight the airline had cancelled) and they would not refund my money. Had the credit card company not gotten involved, I would not have gotten my money back. I will never do business with them again.

In my experience contacting customer service is really bad and nightmare... no one will care about my ticket to be cancel or rebook. Its really stressful. Until this day I never received my refund. Hi guys, my story started on the 14 th of august with a serious car accident, was supposed to fly on the 15 th of august. Bought my ticket with ASAPticket, bought an insurance.
Never got my money, never got answer... except with my first post on this site... someone from their customer service contacted me to say that everything will be fixed... we are the 4 th of November still didn't get my refund... I am sure that some of you think that this company is great because you didn't get any problems...
Even United Airlines ( was supposed to fly with UA) sent me an email to say that they were sorry for my accident and that on their side there was no question for the refund...

Very, very, very helpful. If there were ten stars, she would have it. I have had as lot of trouble getting a refund for another ticket i purchased (which i still have not received, even after the flight passed). Asap has been my only place to buy tickets for a few years. After the refund or even a rescheduling problem, i may have to rethink asap as my go to place.

The Covid period has hit us all. So many people are stuck all around the world. I am one that was caught by only a few days resulting in an extended stay in South Africa under their strict restrictions. My flight was cancelled and rebooked 7 times. ASAP was there all the way. It was a sigh of relief at this uncertain time when everyone else are affected by border closures, travel bans and mandated by health protocols. Asap Tickets still provided exemplary service.
