This website blows and deceitful and should be shut down: you go on line and you book a flight to see a price and then a screen will pop out to tell you what they have found for you and when you call them about that price with the discount ID provided they would say oh there is an asterisk next to it which means is not for the day you requested but for other days-- you conniving liars i did not go on line to book a flight for your date but my date and my time - worthless and liars like the rest of American companies - i cannot believe that they call some websites to flag the reviews- more unscrupulous behavior from these people
I had called in a pinch on monday at 11 am. by noon the man I was working with had tickets for me for the next morning. Very helpful and quick! Will work with them in future.
If you need to cancel even within 24 hours, they can take up to 90 days to refund your money. They will not follow up with you. You will need to have your bank hold the charge in order for an agent to respond.

We can not locate your booking.
They offered me a voucher after my flight was cancelled and I had to buy a new ticket from them to return home, but every time I try to use the voucher they come with another stupid excuse not to honor the voucher.
They lie to customers to get them to accept the vouchers knowing very well that they do not intend to honor those vouchers.
Do not accept the vouchers, the vouchers are fake and worthless.
I wish I could give zero stars.

I bought flight tickets with ASAP in March of 2020. Flights were cancelled due to covid. I bought ticket protection and even tipped well, so I expected to be treated with respect and get my refund.
Agent tells me even with ticket protection, a refund is not an option. Eventually we change agents, had to do this 3 times! Every agent was so difficult. One agent tried to tell me my tickets never existed!
I emailed various ITN corp reps, I filed a complaint through BBB. I was ignored for so long, thought I would need to get a lawyer!
Just recently, like last week, I thought if I can't get my money back, I should at least warn other people who don't know about ASAP. After I left a bad review, ITN emailed me, told me they would give me a partial refund but I have to change my bad review to a good one!
Please stay far away from ASAP/ITN, I don't want to see anyone go through what I've been through, it's not worth it!

I have been attempting to get my refund from these people for around 1 year, because the pandemic started and other countries shutting down entry. I didn't cancel my flight, Delta Airlines canceled the flight. I contacted the Delta Airlines and I got the answer from Delta they refund all my money. But the agent Memphis from ASAP Ticket promises me I'll take all my refund but he kept me $1800 from 6 tickets, he said to me I can use as credit Voucher for next flight. Now I decided to book a ticket again for all my family. The agent Memphis from ASAP Tickets tried to foolish me with tickets, one ticket now is around $850 he found a ticket for $1200 and he used my credit voucher and the ticket go down to $800. After 3 hours we discussed, he used only $800 instead of $1800, he kept my money $1000 this is a steal. He is very rude. Stay away from this company.

They call back in days. They are not smart at their job. Takes days to even rebook a flight.

This company is out to get money and then do not deliver. Once they have robbed you, they disappear. I needed to exchange a ticket so I called. They connected me to several people who did not help. Then the one person who "helped" reserved a ticket that he never booked. I called the airline who told me the booking agency cancelled the reservation. I found out AFTER he tried to delay my ticket and charge me more money. In the end, I booked the return ticket with the airline directly as they did not help at all, let alone in time. They owe me money back for an unused ticket.
