WORST COMPANY EVER

I booked a ticket with ASAP TICKETS last year. They SCAMMED ME by their employee, Stanley P *******943). I booked one ticket (for one thousand something dollars) with them, but they took my money for TWO tickets & charged me (2,000 something dollars) I had called customer service three times! The first time, they hung up on me. The second time, I was transferred to the manager & he kept blaming it on me & saying it's my fault. The third time the manager didn't answer my calls! They lied to my credit card company & said that I did book two tickets. So I had to send my credit card company the originals documents & receipts I saved to get my money back! THEY LIE, SCAM, AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, SUPERVISORS, AND MANAGERS STEAL MONEY!

Fraud

I used the company for a mission trip and due to covid the flight was cancelled. Asap is trying to keep the travel credit the airlines has already send to them. It boils down to them trying to steal my money and sell the credit to another customer. Do not use this company

Refund

This company has awful customer service, bad, bad customer service. I booked tickets to France but with the COVID lockdown I had to cancelled my trip. I got insurance with the purchased and they won't process the refund. I've been waiting for 8 months and after speaking to the airline, I learned that ASAP has to file out a form online requesting the refund which has been approved by the airline but asap needs to do it on their end. I had been in a three way call between the ASAP agents and the airline so they can explain to them how to request the refund and they just won't do it. I feel like this is a scam to be honest.

If zero stars were an option

If zero stars was an option, that's what I'd select but it's not. I bought tickets for a family trip to Italy over a year ago and I sit here still not reimbursed. Over $4,200 in tickets! We purchased travel insurance but were told we'd still get a $250 fee removed from the ticket prove per ticket. I've called them countless times to no avail. I had filed a dispute with my credit card company but was then told by Carlisle to cancel, only to find out they still weren't going to refund me the full amount. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. It's a fraudulent company. Don't do it!

I had a bad experience with this agency. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to this company. I had paid for a travel care plan for insurance sake any unforeseen circumstances were to arise it would cover me for free. They didn't. Trying to get a hold of an agent? That took forever and once you did they took delayed responses. They just don't care about the consumers pockets. Just don't pay for the insurance it's a waste of time and money.

ASAPTICKET: THEY'RE THE BEST& TRUSTWORTHY

Asapticket: I bought a ticket 11 months ago (in March 2020) with them and I was unable to travel or used it that time. They kept &secured my tick for almost 11 months and I was able to used the tickets this month &year 2021. Per Asapticket agent advised, I pay about $ 79.00 tickets protection plan on the ticket, Asapticket saved me thousands of dollars, it's secured my ticket for almost a year.
Their services agents are very professional s. I want to mention Evans one of their services agent: Evans was very professional, and trustworthy guy: he help me by getting( my ticket exchange from original destination to other destinations which came in as my trip arrangements changed. They're very trustworthy,
People they responded to call back promptly and gave me the best services i needed (for my trip that's air-tickets). I will book& buy airticket with them again.

Airline tickets

Definitely using them again. Saved $400 on a one-way ticket. Wish I would have found them sooner! Representative walked me through each and every step and even asked if I was on a computer or phone so that he could guide me along the process step-by-step! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Representative was patient and constantly asked if I understood which I appreciated!
