I started receiving multiple daily calls from their airline agents even after I told them stop this nonsense.
Looks like a scam. Please don't share email address or contact number with them.

Wish I could give zero stars. They are terrible at refunds. I'm still waiting for my refund for a ticket I cancelled since November 2nd. They charged me $250 for cancellation (even though the airline gave them full refund) and yet they still won't give me my refund. Now the "agent" isn't picking my calls anymore or responding to my emails. ASAP PLEASE ISSUE ME MY REFUND! I'M SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR NUMEROUS EXCUSES. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Uggh!

We apologize for the delay in responding, the virus outbreak has affected the workflow in most industries and that resulted in a volume of cancellations and exchanges that we did not anticipate. Nevertheless we're continuously working on reviewing all the requests as we're fully committed to assisting every customer in these difficult times.
I couldn't find airline tickets for anything less than $650. I found ASAP Tickets online. I asked for a quote. They promptly responded and found me tickets for $384! Joanne, my travel agent, was fast, polite, and did everything she could to make sure my trip went well.
ASAP tickets refunded the balance per their agreement. I'm still a little annoyed that it took so long and only happened after a wrote a negative review here.
That said, their prices were the absolute lowest I could find. So if you want to take a little risk and possibility of some hassle, they might be worth it for you.
They strung me along, lied to me, and kept a bunch of my money without giving me anything in return.
I bought tickets to Paris for $599 each, which was a great deal.
The coronavirus hit. Americans were no longer allowed to travel to France. I was told my only option was to lose my money or pay another $417 to reschedule later in the year. As the second date approached, Americans were still not allowed to travel to France.
At this piont, ASAPtickets told me I could refund my tickets, but that they would keep a service charge of $150 per ticket.
I went over the numbers with the representative multiple times. He told me that I would receive a refund both for the original amount $599 and the second (rescheduled) amount $417 (minus 150).
599 + 417=1,016
1,106 x 2 = 2,032
2,032 - 300 = $1,732
Instead, of refunding me the amount that was represented, I got $898. So they kept $1,134 and gave me nothing in return--not even a travel credit or anything.
I am so angry. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.
I purchased 2 tickets to Spain fo April 2020 right at the beginning of Covid. They forced me to pay $600 extra dollars to reschedule to ******* and now the situation is the same or worse, they demand $500 more to exchange or even to get my money back. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I got sick and needed my refund I was told the "care" service plan is no insurance by Logan of Asap tickets Special Services. We booked with them in january 2020 but once Covid hit, it's been a nightmare to get our money back. Never again will we book with these con artists.
Their agents manipulate, misinform, mislead, lie and bully customers, all for a commission. I've read so many similiar stories to ours all over social media it's unbelievable! Do not let them charge you any processing fees for canceled flights, just report them to US DOT, BBB, write as many complaints on different sites as possible, contact your bank and file a dispute.
Otherwise you will not get help. We were ignored and asked to contact the airlines while they happily charged us $ 2,500 pre Pandemic for 2 tickets to Europe.
