This website is a scam. I purchased 4 international flights with the premium "travel insurance" for an extra $70 per ticket. The travel insurance is a literal scam. I booked with someone named Decard who told me the travel insurance allows for free cancellation, no rebooking fees, and 1 checked bag per ticket. Lo and behold, when I am reviewing my tickets, there are no checked bags allowed. When I try to contact Decard his number is disconnected. Hours later someone else contacts me. Their solution is to "upgrade" the ticket which now has gone up in price by $250. I regret using this website.

Very Horrible experience when it comes to cancelled flights. Never rely on their support when finding alternate flights. Do it yourself directly with the airline and you can find the best options without missing your connecting flights. If I did not take the initiative of going directly to the check in counter in the airport I would have missed my flights. Their alternate time and date are the worst. They even gave me alternate date moving my flight to 6 days later which meant i would be stranded in a city for that period! Obviously the agents rely only on their horrible system software to find flights which does not give the best options. My wife just took a few minutes by google search to find me alternate flights. The way they make you wait atleast an hour to simply fix the schedule is horrible. They have agent to agent rules that will mess up your urgent issues. I will never use Asap tickets again nor recommend them. In fact, they should replace their name to ‘Verylatetickets'

Very well. I am very satisfied. The Customer service person was excellent in his approach and was patient, listened to my concerns and solve my problem accordingly.
Worst company ever my agent Middleton lied and deceived me to convince me to buy a ticket and when one of the one of the airports was going to be closed during my flight I was sent an email to reschedule my flight so when I called them they couldn't reschedule me so I was told I would get a full refund on my ticket but not the insurance that I purchased even though my travel agent told me I would because I spoke to him prior to this so he lied about that and multiple other times I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and spoke to many different other agents which kept giving me the runaround the all promise me that a customer service manager or someone would get back to me to help me resolve this still no answer still hasn't received the email from their rescheduling people for my refund please for your benefit stay away from this company their business practice is built on deceit and lies maybe not all the travel agents are bad but so far all the ones I've talked to are they should all be fired because they are setting a poor example and image of this company I am happy for the people that had a good experience but if you keep dealing with these people you will join the ranks of us who has not God forbid something goes wrong with your flight, the insurance is worthless, this company is worthless I will never deal with them again pretty much since they won't resolve the issue I am going to have to file a claim with my bank to get my money back good luck to you safe travels

I have used ASAPtickets several times now and I have never found better deals with flight tickets. Even priceline and skyscanner can't beat ASAPtickets.
I booked a ticket with them 2 month ago in July 2021 and the company I was supposed to flight with cancel the ticket and proceeded to a full refund because there was no way for me to travel with them a that time. I called asap ticket to book another ticket for same day but we did not get one. I pay an extra money to book a flight at the airport, thinking that asap ticket will refund me in 3 business days. Are are in September I still did not receive my money and I call them countless they ne lying to me and all that. I'm looking forward a way to get my money back. I will not recommend anybody to asap ticket ever! Y'all need to improve your service and refund policy fr.
