Sinag was very pleasant to speak with. His interaction was very personalized experience, it didn't sound like "scripted". He was very accommodating with no pretention while interacting with me. While multitasking, he was very interactive while building rapport; it was personalized in a way that he took time getting to know my family interests just like a family do. Getting to know your client can build relationship to bring customer for life into your door. Stranger doesn't like to interact or tell much to stranger, but showing sincere conversation, you can feel it in tone, shows that you value us. He was very clear in explaining the fares differences compared to the first agent who called. He was not very clear in his conversation. He cannot explain well the why's & changes instead he was impatient & mad. But Sinag was the opposite. He took time to listen & his tone of voice was smiling & feel happy to help. He was not just talking nice at that moment coz he was doing his job, but he went beyond & above by taking his time & helped all the way till he made sure, I received the CONFIRMATION in my email by follow-up. I received a message to change my time travel which I was trying to avoid. And I do not want to agree to the earlier flight as I may not make it to the international flight. 48 min in between in a huge airport is just not enough time to get to the gate especially if the first plane is late.

ASAP team is not good et all and and I would not recommend to anyone due to false ticketing and false statements. Whatever they have discussed initially was not the same at the time of payments and if you have any issue. They are not sharing enough information to the customer about ticket fare and baggage information. If you call them for any issue, agent who deals with you and provide you their direct number number they provide you never work and new agent will try to trap you. Be very careful with them. I am working on it and will go for lawsuit against this fake company.

I purchased airline tickets with this company and the price that was told to me was completely different from the. Price on the tickets it was all kind of unnecessary fees a lot of misleading information its like they try to squeeze every penny out of you terrible business I am done with ASAP never again
