We could not get the credit card to go through so we had to take a selfish with 4 of the credit card #; then with 8 # then with 12... it looked like suspicious activity. Kahlila did her best to help us through the process
This is one of the worst travel agency, they make you order protection fee for your tickets, when you can do it for free at any airline company, they will not refund your ticket after you purchase, they will give the run around, beside they want you to tips then, please
I will never, ever again will purchase tickets through this impostor thief's, ripen people money, and the worst part is that they dont pick up the phone through their direct line,

Great experience, I was referred this site by another when all other places only had tickets for an arm and A leg, I had the Grace to recieve A ticket for 1500 less than what I was going to pay.

I needed a flight from New Orleans to San Francisco. I'd never heard of ASAP before and I know why. The person that called me was extremely rude! As soon as I answer, I get (in an Indian accent), "What is your name?" So I asked her name. Again, "What is your name?"
When I started talking she said, "Yes, Yes, Yes". I told her she was rude and hung up. She called back and hung up on, me! A few times! NEVER AGAIN!
