I was a bit skeptical because I had never heard of this company. But after speaking with her she was very thorough calm and patient through the whole process. I had a lot of questions and she answered them just the way that I needed to get it answered. After receiving a confirmation a breath of fresh air went by me. This is very real and very awesome!

I am trying to get help with seat assigning and I got to know that my seats are already assigned and are at the end of the airplane even though I paid for booked my tickets 3 month ahead and calling over and over again requesting to do that and every time my agent say he will call me in few days same as his supervisor.
