I am considering canceling my tickets since they ignore my calls and even the supervisor of my agent doesn't call back!

I am trying to get help with seat assigning and I got to know that my seats are already assigned and are at the end of the airplane even though I paid for booked my tickets 3 month ahead and calling over and over again requesting to do that and every time my agent say he will call me in few days same as his supervisor.
