Was impressed. I tried getting plane tickets on my own and they did it faster and I got a better price.

Working with this company was the worse experience of my life. I wanted a round trip to Zanzibar. The booking took over 2.5hrs. Jethro kept trying to book me with a full day layover. I explained to him that I didn't want a full day layover. On the phone he said he made the change, I also told him I wanted a seat as close to the front as possible due to a medical condition. He pretend to call the airline, after keeping me on hold for 30-45min. He came back and said everything was set up he s/w the airline manager and he will send me the confirmation email soon. Something just didn't sit right. After another hr I received the email. It had everything I didn't want. A day layover which meant I was traveling for 3day and all the wrong seats. I called him back several times he never answered or returned any of my messages. I specifically asked to speak with a supervisor to another employee Androdos, he left me on hold for about an hr. And came back to say he can't give me his supervisor name or number. I hung-up called back s/w Faluick ( probably a fake name) he also refused to give me the information. I hungup and s/w Tira she gave me fake information about the supervisor. Brian did the same. I did some internet investigation and found where you can log a complaint. It's been 3 months and I still haven't received an answer. I was able to get some of my seats changed but, I had to pay an additional fee which I already paid the insurance at ASAP! This is the rudest most incompetent company I have ever dealt with and I will report it everywhere so, noone has the experience I did. They claimed they would reimburse me it is now July and I still haven't received my reimbursement for being abandoned in a another's country and being lied to about the whole trip. Please watch out for Jethro he will have lost in another country and he lies about everything.

This agency rep is very friendly, good listener and assists you by giving you options to choose from to match your taste, wallet size and your comfort. This guy called Emmet is so patient, probably due to good training or personality being peoplesperson socially. I decided I will stick with ASAPTICKETS for the rest of my humanitarian group trips abroad as long as they continue giving me good deals with good discount per person. I needed to book a flight for my daughter and Dmitri J made booking the flight an easy and pleasant experience. I did not get the pricing that was indicated on the website (I failed to read the fine print), but Dmitri found me a flight at a decent rate, with only an hour lay over versus the 12hr lay overs that I was seeing. I will say that the option to tip was a bit weird, but I did not mind tipping because he was helpful, genuine, and kind. He really did a great job. I will use ASAP in the future... but I will try and book flights in their 21 day window to get the cheapest flights. Thanks again Dimitri!

Just refreshing and beyond excellent customer service. I do not like the rating system for agents where the customer is asked to give additional money to the travel expert based on the service. First it's too much $ 60.00 for an excellent rating. Although, this is optional the agent shouldn't have to rely on this for payment. If I could afford an extra $60.00, on top of the what I paid for the tickets I would have paid it. But this should not be asked and is in no way a reflection on the agent
