Khaleesi was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked me thru the process of booking my flight seamlessly.
ASAP tickets failed to inform airline of travel change ASAP tickets attempted to reschedule only to find out they had me in the system as a no call no show which was scheduled February 11 to depart and I spoke to them a month before prior sent them an email and spoke with an agent on February 8 Home said they would reschedule me attempted to reschedule for July wanted to charge me additional 12 $1300 then I told them to find a ticket equal value which they did not until September 16 scheduled departure date of September 16 turned to a nightmare saying I was a no-show no call Annette cannot make the exchange they spoke to me February 8 attempting to make a schedule change and saw that I was in the system legit for available exchange contact at Better Business Bureau on this matter

I purchased a flight with ASAP Tickets from the US to Africa; regrettably, my trip ended earlier than envisaged for an unforeseen personal reason. When I called to exchange my ticket, Agent Gates insisted that I buy another travel insurance, despite the fact that I had already paid over $754 when I bought my ticket, so why would I need another one since it was the same flight?
I unselected the travel insurance boxes and agreed to pay the airline's $2951. 90 exchange penalty fee, but he wouldn't process my exchanged ticket until I added this travel insurance service.
I argued and questioned him, "Why?" To get me to pay his desired price, he started changing the ticket and raising the exchanged penalties.
I hung up and called the customer service line immediately to dispute it and ask for another agent, but they informed me that Gates is the one responsible for my exchanged tickets (This was all set up).
Unfortunately, I ended up calling him back as I desperately needed this exchange to get back to the US. He then informed me that he had cancelled my reservation and that I would now have to pay $3406 for a new reservation that included mandatory travel insurance.
Gates played the wise by adding the travel insurance service fees on top of the airline penalties each time I contested the travel insurance. Additionally, he informed me that even though the price would be the same with or without the travel insurance service, if I don't add this insurance, I won't have any insurance for this flight which was a treat in order to force me to select the travel insurance box.
I wondered whether the agents receive a commission or other payment for persuading clients to use their travel insurance services.

I was promise good seating when I purchase the ticket and when I got the tickets they were not any seat assigned. I called and no one assist me in getting my seat assigned. They called and said they will call back and I have not gotten my seat assigned yet. Very disappointed with this transaction. My agent got sick so he could he could not assist me anymore.

The sales people were relentless in their pursuit to sell the tickets. They promised all sorts of guarantees etc. once we paid for the tickets and the tickets were issued they ignored all calls. The customer service would pass you onto the salesman who never calls back or responds to emails.
They sold me trip planner and vacation planner to Turkey. When the time came to utilize those services, the salesman or the customer service gave me run around. I wonder what happened to that promise by the salesman who insisted that he will be the personal travel consultant etc.
