I was hospitalized right before my trip and they did not refund my money like they said they would. When you book with them, they encourage you to buy insurance (I bought insurance) and on the description it says "change your trip at no cost, refund available if hospitalized right before trip, etc. (i was hospitalized and provided doctors note). At first i wanted to change my trip dates, but they were charging me $1,000+ to change my trip and when i provided the doctors note they ignored me and have not responded to any of my emails or calls. No refund. I don't even have a credit with them. I lost $1500... The insurance they encourage you to buy to "feel protected" is all a lie. Do not book with them. They also use a third party agency to handle their calls and majority of the people i talked to had broken english.

Didn't even notify us about the health form to fill up at the Toronto airport. We wasted over 2 hours just to fill up and kept on freezing and start over again. Also, we tried to cancel our parents flight but won't allow us compared to Expedia allowed my sister in law to canceled her aunt booking.

I paid for a ticket for my 13 year old today. He was not permitted on the plan. After Paying 150 for the Airline to supply a buddy to ride with him. After I Re booked his flight and was forced to pay an additional 180 bucks for what not sure... Now I need Help to apply that 150 to the August 1st Rebooked flight... Please help this company has already cheated me out of 180 additional dollars and I would really like for Eagle the rep to be Re-trained because I clearly stated that my grandson was only 13 and he booked us a evening flight and wasted my day taking him to the airport only to be turned around. THis could have been avoided if the Asap employee did not schedule a 13-year-old to travel late at night... please help...

I missed my flight and was stuck in Cape Verde
This was already a stressful trip due to unforeseen events. I had looked high and low for a deal that I could afford and was out of options then Mr Decosta who had originally booked my trip out of nowhere calls and put me on a flight…….
