One of ASAP agent told me that if I paid $150 CD I could get one time charge date of my ticket but it wasn't but when I called them and I want to change my ticket they said that not true and I have to pay fare difference do not trust ASAP customer service agent

I bought a ticket to travel and just a day prior to my travel I had an emergency eye surgery so had to cancel the flight. I called and and the asked for doctors note which I got the doctor to write for me within minutes and sent to them because I was still at the hospital. I still lost everything I paid for the ticket without even a dollar back

I am a frequent flyer to the Philippines. Ever since I met my wife I always used asap tickets. Now I've flown there between the Philippines and the u. S 20 times. Tickets were cheaper pre pandemic however my travel agent worked hard to get me the best deal possible and was given a private offer and a discount not available to the public.

The only thing bother me was at the end after I paid by my master-card, they want me to contact my bank to ask for the amount they charged less than 2$ to confirm and verify that was my card. It's not easy and simple when you call your bank, sometime you have to wait and to speak with the machine before you can get to the customer service. I don't like checking this way
