I bought a return ticket in May to travel to Africa in July, later moved the date to December.
Was asked to add an additional $200 to the new ticket.I then cancelled the ticket. And can not get a refund reason being, they want to put the money on the last card i used. Which only has a 700$ limit and my refund is $1,200. Less $500 that i have lost but was made to pay for security.
So what was the security for?
Why are they not putting the money on the first card i used to pay for the ticket $1,700?

Definitely got a cheaper flight, but I was on the phone for 40 minutes and got heavy pressure to buy trip insurance even after I explained that I already had purchased it. And then I was asked to tip the agent. It was sort of strange, to be honest.

I must share my unpleasant experience with ASAP company/representatives and their managers.
I recently purchased tickets through them and they sold me protection coverage plan which should cover my entire flight and luggages. His sales representative assure me that everything is covered. It has been over two months my luggage is missing and they said plan that was sold to me does not cover luggage only ticket issues.
Just a few days ago my return flight got cancelled and I requested refund. They do nott want to refund my money and constantly coming up with excuses now it's the airline fault and they should refund me the money. Airlines is stating that I paid third party and they should be responsible.
Constant emails, constant lies, constant hassle.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. Unless you want to hire a lawyer to help you get to the end of the problem with them. Scammer

New Zealand returning from Sydney to LAX had a good price put them on hold for 24 hours called back and the tickets were no longer available took three hours of work by the travel agent but finally got the tickets I wanted at the price I wanted Plus they added change of date or cancellation fee for no charge. Very happy with ASAP and travel agent PALEAZ

ASAP tickets used to be a cheap place to buy tickets. Now they want to bargain back and forth to try and undercut prices found on different online service websites. After I found a cheaper ticket within my travel times on a different website "Ruru.A" called my house and proceeded to lecture me. I have never had such an unprofessional experience with a travel agent before. I will not be using ASAP ticket services in the future.
