We made a mistake adding a last name that wasn't in our passport. We have been trying to make this change by the agent that sold us the tickets and he said he is working on that for weeks. Our trip is getting close. Also we call to the hotel to ask for some details about transportation to the airport and the hotel told us we did not have reservations. Now we don't have hotel but we paid for it.!

Terrible customer service with no follow through. I had a unique situation and ASAP did not provide professional alternative. I was hung up on multiple time by men in India and then told I was to wait for a call that never came regarding a full
Refund. United Airlines provided a full refund due to the fact they couldn't accommodate me and ASAPTICKETS states they haven't received the refund when I was on a three way call with both United Airlines who said they gave a full
Refund. The ASAPTICKETS representative stated she was going to take another $300…. For what. I refuse because my first ticket of 1515.00 was only refunded $825.00. I do not trust this company very shady practices.

Worst customer service 30 calls and still no refund spoke to wolf, daybreak Mario kept transferring internally and was then hung up after is asked for a flight that was cancelled by airline twice
