Very dissatisfied with the service and response we are getting from ASAP tickets now. You were so friendly and helpful when we made the reservation and now we are supposed to do our own leg work. This is unacceptable. I paid almost $3,000 for this ticket. I don't have that kind of money laying around. Someone needs to help myself and my travel mate with this matter. Thank you!
