I am so pleased to make the change because the Lady (Miss. C) that took over all my travel was so professional, so respectful, and the best she knew exactly what was my needs. Jamal, who assisted me, is very humble, friendly and was impatient in doing the best possible means for his client to end up contented in his dealings. There was a little bit of an overlook but he immediately acted on it and made sure he didn't leave me upset of dissatisfied. Misleading and false advertising. There is charge with changing flight. Even though it was clearly stated there will be no charge.
