Libra is so polite, respectful and gives good tips and advice. He made booking emergencies and regular flights easy and comfortable. He gives me good choices and considers my personal situation and works with me every time.

Multiple attempts to charge amount to Credit Card were blocked by CC company. Resulted in numerous calls to CC company, multiple retries, and multiple failures.
ASAP personnel remained calm, polite and efficient over more than 6 attempts (even when I was not calm, polite or efficient).

My agent spent many minutes looking for the best flights at the price I needed for my budget. There are many add-ons; I wish I had known about before starting the process so that I could study them and make more informed thank you decisions.
I did one add-on and I'm hoping that it is something that I will greatly benefit if I use ASAP at least four more times.

I booked a flight with your company then I had to change my flight plans to another flight out of a different airport. I got a partial refund only of $368 and my total refund should've been $489 and I am not sure why but I am still waiting for $120.94 wondering if somebody could please look into that for me.
