Absolutely beautiful! Easy installation!

Contacted Customer Service to ask a few questions about the product I wanted to order. Associate was helpful & knowledgable, but I did ask a question that she was not able to answer. She put me on hold very briefly to ask supervisor and got back to me right away with the answer. My experience was 5 STAR!

Took too long to get the product and was missing the screw caps which they mailed to me when I called and made it right. The shutters look good. I hope they last a long time and stand up to sun and weather without fading. Thank you.

Was able to find exactly what I need, and easy to order. All the different colors available for your shutters made it difficult to pick just one color. Overall they are awesome!

Easy to use site and search engine with well designed drop down menus.

It wasn't clear that the shutters included fasteners. I ended up buying extra I didn't need. This is my fault for not researching better.

Site a bit frustrating to use. Add vent area for each frame size in drop down menu? Images for all vent possibilities?

I like that you can choose the size & color at once.
I think it would be better if you put installation instructions because there are some screws that I wasn't sure What to use them for.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! Super poor customer service, once you order they give you the run around on when your order will actually ship. I have no idea if my product will actually reach me, let alone when. How can I possibly arrange for installation if they can't provide something as simple as when it shipped. I am happy to track it myself, just need a number. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.
