For my first experience with shopping here, most everything went well. While I appreciate the free shopping, I would prefer to receive the shutters sooner given the date that my contractor is projected to build my shed for which I have purchased the shutters.
So far Architectural Depot has exactly what I want. The website was easy to use.
I did not receive the order placed on June 24,2020; promised on July 28,2020 until August 18,2020.
I placed an in June order for 22 Shutters for a house I was remodeling. They gave me a delivery date of July 30. I called on Agust 1st and they said that the Manufacture was delayed and the new delivery would be on August 15th and that If I wanted I could cancel the order/ On August 17th when I call again they say the order has been pushed back to August 30 and that I could cancel the order, but there is nothing they could do. At this point, I could not cancel the order because it would delay me more but if I would have known that at the time of the order I would have never placed the order.
Architectural Depot is very unresponsive and not at all helpful. I had much better experience with Build.com. If you can stay away from them
