It was fairly easy to order, however, I had a little trouble getting to the submit order page. Otherwise, everything was good.
Love the shutters on our house. When we removed 30 year old bushes suddenly the house was very bare. Now with the shutters and all new landscaping it's a totally new house. We live on a busy corner and all our neighbors have commented on the great new look and what a difference the shutters make. Thank you

The screen was not secured/stiff enough however
Former experience, i know that birds,bats, can push the screen back and make a home.
So simply, screen needed extra reinforcement, i chose 3 extra strips screwed 3-4 screws each strip to a horizontal slat...it's simple thing...~3 reinforcing strips ~1 inch wide, installed vertically and the entire louvre actually becomes much more stiff/secure as well). Just an idea from one who's had birds+bats in the old louvre! -doug

We are building a new home, and I ordered the Fypon for my exterior windows and front door. They arrived on time and are beautiful! I could not be happier with this purchase.
I bought a lattice border for the contractors to use with my crown molding. I thought it looked great, but they were not pleased. They said that they had to spend a bit of time cleaning off the residue from where the lattice was poured.
