Your website was easy to use. My clients loved your designs you offered. My only thought - shipping fee lowered if spending over a certain amount

It was easy to find what I wanted and the ordering was fast.

I have not installed my order yet, and probably won't for a while. The smoke in the area is too bad that I have not been able to get the outside work done. I have not even opened the boxes yet.

Shopping was extremely easy.

Product came in on the scheduled delivery date and the Shutters were as described on the website.

I like the color selection and the price. However, I did not like the turnaround time on shipping. It took almost one month to receive the order. I had to send multiple emails to find out where my order was and a search was done only last week. I was unhappy with the ship time considering they charged my debit card the day I ordered them, which was over $200. Ship time should have happened much sooner.

Had one question which Elizabeth answered. She was very pleasant and helpful. Received the order quickly and well packaged. The shutters I ordered are well made and are supplied with all fasteners to hang them on various wall materials.

To be honest it didn't come with hardware to hang the shutters and I believe it was supposed to. The package was opened when received so it could have come out during shipping.

Very impressed with quality and variety of choices for shutters and plan to shop for other things in the future. Very timely on delivery also!
