The worst sandwich I have ever had in my life they put so much cheese that it leaks through the wrapper. 3 times I ve been there they have made them the same way. Its like they want to lose customers so they don't have to work. If you want to make a mess go here.

Look how small the box is? It's a mini box for a kid. They were cold and they didn't even fill it. Will not go back! Plus I ordered a sandwich with red ranch and they gave me a packet of white ranch?

Ordered samwich with Turkey. After eating about 1/2, I inquired where the turkey was. Joyce said it was in the half I had alredy eaton because it was not spread out properly when made. This girl and the Arbies company should have a future in politics rather than fast food. The retaurant is in Hanover, PA *******, location #*******

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Every time I go to the Arby's on Popular Springs Road I Ringgold Ga, I have to pull up and wait a minimum of 20 minutes for my order. EVERY TIME. I only order off of the menu so it isn't like it's a special order or anything.
Someone needs to train these people better. I avoid going to Arby's because of this.

Very bad attitude, got my order wrong and insulted me stay away from the branch on 3319 North Cobb Parkway

I hadn't been to Arby's in a few months and wanted to try their fish basket meal since there was no Culivers in town. It was horrible. Cost was@ $12. Basket contained 3 fish sticks, that they called fillets. Two bites each. And there were 14 French fries. No coleslaw, no nothing else. The food had no taste and was very over priced for this snack, they called a meal. I won't be going back.

Double beef n cheddar terrible, meat was gone probably, costume service terrible. Tips payed for nothing.

We have had ARBYS in several cities and looked forward to having Arby's in our city, we got our meals which wasn't what we ordered the server was very sour and the food was not up to par

The fish strips are no wear the size on there commercial. When I got my order where the fish! Not worth the money!

As I pulled up into the parking lot of Arby's, intending to go in the manager locks the door right in front of me and told me I would have to go to the drive-through if I wanted any food because she was closing it for a while. She then proceeded to loudly argue with her boyfriend by his car outside in the parking lot, very unprofessional and very annoying as I really wanted to eat inside because it's 95° today. The drive in girl was very nice and got my sandwich quickly but it's still too hot outside to really enjoy it.

Ordering hamburgers and French fries. Asked for catsup. Did not get any. This is not a first time result when placing orders here. They have failed to supply catsup packets when ordering in the past.

Store #5878. Ordered 3 turkey sandwiches. Wanted 2 w/ mayo, I with the ranch. The manager kept screaming and yelling, telling me this wasn't burger King and then a guy got on yelling at me. I have never seen such an attitude on a manager. I will never go back to Arby's again. This was totally uncalled for. She told me to report it, bc nothing would be done about it. Her name was Heidi. The girl at the window kept apologizing for her.

Ordered a shake on the app. When we finally got to the window they stated the machine was broke but i could get a regualr drink. I asked about the price of the more expensive drink and they said not equipped to handle in story soory. Here is your drink. They had no solution for paying for a more expensive drink and not getting it. DONT USE THE APP.

Recently purchased a reuben sandwich that had about as much flavor as shoe leather. Took one bite and dumped it in the garbage. Total waste of my money.

I will never step into an Arby's restaurant again. The last 2 times I ate there I was literally sick for 2 days. As time goes by, Arby's isn't what there Core values are, roast beef. They are competing with franchises that don't matter. Stick to what got you here!
