Hostile Manager

At approximately 3:40 pm, 02/25/2024 i arrived at the North Broadway Arbys in knoxville, Tn. Drive Thru to make to go order. A hand written letter stated Cash only cards only at inside cash regester. I parked on the curbside parking and walked in to place my order. At the register i ordered my meal pulled out my wallet, pulled out my debit card and was told cash only. That confused me and i stated what the note stated. Ask for the manager in charge. A tall blond stepped up and ask about it and stated the inside card reader had been for over an hour. No one had changed the note at the drivethru to state Cash Only. I stated that she should change the sign to prevent the confussion for other coustomers and was told to leave the store she did not need to be told how to run her store. I did not have cash on me..

I ordered the new bacon sandwich on Waterloo it was the nastiest $#*! I ever ate in my life. I suggest you stick to roast beef! Gross gross gross some made up bs!

Never working

The milkshake machine at the Hermitage, TN location has not worked in months and yet new milkshakes along with the original flavors on the menus contine to be offered. PATHETIC!

After leaving Dr's apt I went through Arby's ordered my food, left not checking my bag, I started eating in realized alot of my food wasn't there I only had the fish special with the wings special etc I called told them, they said come back in they would replace it I said live n Murphysboro and I didn't want to come back right then, she said she would write my name down for when I came back, needless to say i returned to Dr, stopped by Herrin Arby's and they didnt know what i was talking about about so they never done anything about it, i personally think it's BS i still have my receipt but you can only see certain parts as they must have needed a new ink ribbon! Herrin Arby's sucks, foods pretty good but help is terrible!

BEWARE ONLINE ORDERS

I arrived to pick up my online order on time. 20 minutes later the store still couldn't find my order, altho' I showed them the confirmation #, etc. Wouldn't make my food unless I paid again & gave me an 800# to try & get my $$ back. Still waiting on the refund!

Bad experiences

I recently ate at the location on N. Main Street in Bowling Green OH. Ordered chicken tenders that came with fries and a drink. It was extremely expensive like $13. The chicken and the fries were very cold. Also at this same location the fish sandwiches are not consistent. One year they are excellent pieces of fish that hang out of the bun and the next year they look square and taste absolutely horrible. I will never eat at Arbys again!

Horrible service

I ordered a the 2 for 7 the lady didn't understand my order and after I spoke with the woman at the counter and the manager and instead of explaining to his worker do double check the order with the customer.
Instead I was told to make my order clear and it wasn't there fault.
The customer service is horrible I don't recommend if u want a quick meal and good service do not go to Arby's on state Street and about 5800 so

Arby's jomacha shake isn't what it was 2years ago, now it has taste more like a vanilla shake than a Jo mocha. It's decreased in size & taste drastically. I use to buy one daily now if I'm desperate I'll buy one one a month or every two two months They were my favorites but now I'm always disappointed when I go ba k looking for that same old fix

Anymore the breakfast sausage/gravy
Containers are to small to eat out of they have to give to 2 containers...never enough gravy have to order extra...more money waisted
I see they do not have a good star anyways
It is bad when i have to bring my own plate from home or take it home and eat it so i have a big enough container to eat it
I use to go a lot until all this s.t started
There gravy is better than polits truck stop.so maybe the owner should go to there store and order 2 biscuit /gravy
Then let the owner go across the street to pilots and order 2 of the samethen you understand what i mean
I stopped goinh for that reason
Not worth the mess

Horrible Service

One star rating is a generous gift. Frequently missing items in the drive-thru. Will not answer the telephone at the store, difficult to file any complaint at corporate. Service at the drive-thru is consistently poor. (Unable to add image)

REALLY PISSED-OFF at the girl employee ("OT") who took my 12/08/23 order at the drive-thru. I
Repeatedly questioned her order $$ amount at the Pay window and told her the Arby's website clearly shows a "Double Roast Beef" for a Limited Time Price of $4.00. She just kept saying that "her system" did not show that price and I must have saw the wrong item. B___S___! & INSULTING!

Instead of me paying $8.00 for 2 Double Roast Beef, I had to pay $12.38 for these 2 items.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG and stupid for their employee(s) to not know what is shown on the Arby's Website and charge your customers accordingly.

Arby's is NON-RESPONSIVE for reimbursement for the damn discrepancy and her insistence that I can't
Read the damn website correctly. Again, INSULTING!

We used to viit frequently, But somehow they changed the menu>>> Bad idea! Soup watery and really salty, no favor, Nuggets salty and soggy no real favor, I guess the [lab meat} is there too! Will not be returning
