I was very disappointed with the new mac n cheese bites.
The ones I was served where burnt black, not at all as they looked on the menu.
I requested them to be remade, but the employees insisted that was how they were supposed to be made, and if I was unhappy with them, they would call the police on me, if I did not leave the premises. I finally tried one, and as I suspected, they tasted as horrid as they looked. I was finally offered a refund, which I accepted, although I truly wished they would have remade my order, as requested, without being burnt.

I use to really like Arby's curly fries but corporate has changed them! They have less seasoning on them and no longer resemble the curly fries I have always loved. Arby's bring back the original curly fries!

Got the hamburger, not like it shows on tv. Mine was a skinny little hamburger,red inside,cold and just thrown on towards the bun as the sauce was too. One half piece of lettuce and that was the sandwich. Didn't get all the topping I thought was suppose to be on it. The French fries were cold too. Was too busy there to complain so threw it in garbage and figured I learned my lesson by not checking it out at the counter. What a waste of money

Very disappointed with the quality of the food mac and cheese bites were burnt sandwiches tasted horrible. Had to repeat my order 4 times. Will not be going back to the burnham pa arbys

I went to the Arby's in Ionia, MI and was greeted in the drive-thru with a rude employee. Telling me to go ahead with my order when I was ready. Then when I was ready to say my order(a few seconds later) they told me to "wait a second, that they were busy and would get with me when they can". They were not nice about it. I have worked in fast food in the past and if I would have talked to a customer that way I would have been fired. I don't remember the date of this, but I had a friend just recently had an employee from the same Arby's be rude to them in the drive-thru. Maybe someone from corporate should look into the management or the employees of this Arby's.

Just came through the Arby's drive thru Newark, Delaware@ the old capital trail location, Kirkwood Hwy...and just say this was a total disappointment!I ONLY ORDRRED 2 originally sandwiches, 2 orders of curly fries and 1 order of Mac n cheese bites and every was cold, old food and disappointing! People still expect food to taste like something other than card board fries and sandwiches that look like you could barely see the meat, it was truly horrible and cold! I was on my way back to the store to ask for a REFUND! THIS STORE NEEDS TO DO BETTER, ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME.

They forgot my cheese sauce for the curly fries, which is the only part of this place that makes it good.

Gyro sandwich came with a pack of meat from grocery store it was terrible didn't eat it at all looked like processed meat form grocery

I ordered an order of curly fries and a classic roast beef sandwich and both were cold as a stone...very disappointed

The lettuce was soggy and wilted. My wife ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch and bacon sandwich and could not eat the sandwich because the lettuce was limp and soggy.

Ordered 3 Regular Sandwiches to go from Arby's in Columbia, TN. Got home and burnt to a crisp! See picture!

I purchased a cheesesteak combo at Arby's last week and was very disappointed in the quality of the sandwich. It left me lacking. I could barely taste the meat, and the bun needs to be toasted instead of microwaved. I will not buy another one.

You wish ( and so did I) that steak sandwich looks as good as the one advertised. I think the employees need to be TRAINED how to make sandwiches and fry French fries… I got a horrible horrible steak sandwich from the Arby's at the Cuyahoga falls Main Street location and spent 12 dollars for that stinking sandwich and burnt fries… I hope the ceo sees these bad reviews and does something before no body wants to eat there anymore and they shut them down!

Ordered through DoorDash and the store sent only one of the things I purchased. Tri d calling store and the person hung up me.

Curly fries were possibly cooked in under temp oil as they were very undercooked/raw/greasy.
Meat was ok, Service good. When filling cup with Coke as coke going into cup, water was poring out onto wrist from front of dispenser. Server told and observed him tell Manager who ignored him.
