Today I had my son go get me the steak burger combo (that damn commercial). The fries were cooked in old oil. What is the point in giving us old food. Burger was ok but still tomato old. I work 16 hrs too tired to cook and Arby's on Nellis and Bonanza will never get my business again. Vegas need to start regulating this crap. What is wrong with fast food smdh…

This is the 4th time I have gone to the arbys in Collierville and all 4 times been told they don't carry milkshakes if that is true then why is it on the menu and yall just had a coupon out the lady that took my order very rude

Ludington arbys reataurant is very dirty all around, from the table to the floor and offcourse their trash bin dry food on top of it!

I ordered roast beef ajus sandwich got home no ajus called manager we out. Hung up on me call again

Somebody in corporate needs to get some AC down here for this store! I feel so sorry for these workers! I can't believe they haven't quit! Inhuman treatment down south to let workers go in 100 degree temps work in the kitchen like this! Shame on Arby's!

I ordered the wagu burger with no tomato no ranch sauce and no pickle it came with ranch all over it and tomato which fine I can pic the tomatoes off but it came with two tiny rounds of onions and I had to wash the patty before eating it because there was the ranch I asked off off of it...allll over it had to wash the patty in the sink so the gross ranch was off but now there was no longer any cheese. And had no bacon even tho I ask for it to be added

Terrible service everytime. I go back because I like the roast beef. Went thru last night to be told that we're out of roast beef. Particular location on Lima road Fort Wayne Indiana.

I wold not give them no stars they are very dirty and disgusting people they fired my best friend fir no reason and they know her situation that she had her job for a living and just fired her for no reason it was a set up just to fire her they even was talking disrespectful to her. Arbys in forest city NC is worth of $#*!! They need to get a new management and new workers! They're Manger is a dum $#*! disrespectful sick person I would not recommend arbys in forest city to no one that are all disrespectful people and he's also sleeping with his worker in the food place they need to check their worker who they have.

I placed my order on the Drive thur on west tusc in canton ohio when they told me they no longer had the strips I canceled my whole order they were the best ever you guys remove things that are so good and taste and bring back hamburger really bring back the strips quit removing stuff from your menu that is so good a taste I loved them I only came to Arby's cause of them now your lost my busness which it probably don't matter to you that you lost a good customer

Ordered a basic cheeseburger with nothing but cheese on it. Wanted curly fries as well. I had it doordashed and when i have it delivered It has no cheese, and basic fries. I take a bite and i almost choked. That $#*! was so $#*!ing dry and i threw it away. The burger taste like sum you can find at a walmart. The fries were very cold and un seasoned. They tasted so basic. Do not waste your money here. ARBYS DOES NOT HAVE THE MEATS.

Yes I made two accounts trying to order food through the Arby's app. Both times when I tried to order it took me back to "Create an account." My local Arby's in Williamsport, PA. ******* has no website ability. So why have a corporate site linking to them?
Arby's wasted my time. I can't order online so remove that site. Plus they do not honor the advertised deals.
Buyer beware. I won't be back anytime soon.

Went to Arby's Roast Beef in Blue Springs, Missouri. It has No Roast Beef! Order a chicken sandwich instead and when I got out to my car I discovered the put my french fries upside down in my bag. The fries were old and cold.

My review is about the Beltsville, Maryland location. On June 27,2023, I ordered the three pieces chicken tenders and chicken sandwich, both meat was over cooked and hard to chew. The next day which was 6/28/2023, I returned the three pieces chicken tenders for a fresh one but it also was over Cook and hard to chew. Please see attached pictures of the chicken tenders.

I bought the 2 for 7 crispy chicken sandwiches. The oil in which they were cooked in should have been replaced. The chicken was over cooked and burnt If I had time to go back I would have. I Won't be back!

The service was very good. However the food sucked.
Cold beef & cheader, cold curly fries. Not even like warm. Meat on the B&C tasted funny. Must be running out of cheader sauce, very little on my B & C.
Next time it won't be Arby's in Mead, WA.

Food was cold order two wagyu burgers only to get home a block away to eat cold burger I see why it's a limited time

Very small portion and tasted like old oil. Beef Jalapeño Slider had a sliver of tasteless "meat."
My table was sticky and coffee was cold.

The Arby's web site said yes they do give a seniors discount but you have to ask for it. That's fine. We asked a Riverton Utah location for the senior discount and they said they don't do that. We were really disappointed, on a fixed income and Everything had gone up so crazy.
You'd think they could put a crowbar in their wallets and give seniors a lil break.
We did purchase the seasonal chicken pecan salad sandwich which we love. It's down right expensive. We will think twice before or if we go back.
