The price of a regular roast beef sandwich a small fry and a French dip cost us. $15.20 that is $5.06 per item think about that. We have ate our last Arby's sandwich Didn't get a recipt so I can't prove my purschase for the to go order

Gave us incorrect change and then got angry because we came back. Didn't give us all of our food, and replaced items with cheaper versions.

The place was very dirty and the ground was even worse and I will not be coming back... Horrible experience.

I just bought the deluxe wagu burger from Arby's in Weaverville I am eating it and am totally disappointed
The burger is overcooked and dry it has no flavor
Would not recommend it at any price

1st of all how rude they are 2nd of all they advertise the sandwich for 2 for 7 and then when you drive-through and wait they say we. Can't do it why are they advertising it? Then I'm gonna go to the CEO and give him a piece of my mind too. This is rip off Scam... Just another scammer with a different name arbish.

As long I have lived in Lafayette which is two years Arby's has great food service is great very friendly employees and the food is always hot but what I want to say Arby's new Wagyu burgers are bomb best burger compare to other fast foods I hope Arby's will keep those bugers around for a long while thank you

So today I was scheduled an Interview by a gentleman who called last week to confirm that I still was interested. He was a Caucasian man and a very pleasant voice. I'm black so i can say this, it's always us! I arrived 40 minutes early which is something I've always done but Arbys was still closed so I waited. A black lady came up at about 9:40 AM I smiled and said hello, she looked me up and down with such anger and just mean spirited and instead asked what are you doing here? Mind you I'm outside and I said I have a 10:00 interview she said I didn't schedule it! She walk inside and I left! I will not even bother with a interview there who wants to work with a manager that is completely ghetto and rude! I took my time learning about Arby's principles and she doesn't dream big, get it done or any such thing this black manager darkens all the good I've read about this franchise. Its Always Us just disappointing.

We came to 1502 N Clinton st. Defiance Ohio ******* and our server was Dakota on 5/2/23 and let me tell you he was truly awesome! I've never had such good service at Arby's until today! He smiles and took our order and even brought it to our table! THANKS DAKOTA! He even made my sons hole day!

Stopped at Arby's in Hamburg Pennsylvania on Monday 24th. They were out of Chicken Tenders and Arby's Sauce.
Stop again at the same Arby's and now they are out of Ketchup and I got Exactly "8" curly fries. I'm like seriously to Ann the cashier and got absolutely no response. This was terrible
Oh well. Hello McDonalds and BK. I will not be going back to this Arby's.

I don't normally stop at fast food places as they rip off the public. I ordered a soda at the drive through with my meal. Should have been called an icee instead of a soda. There was probably about 4 ounces of soda in my LARGE soda after they crammed the cup full of ice. I Should be notifying the better business bureau instead of writing a review. It is ridiculous the amount of money they charge for a soda and all you get is ice. They are raking the public over the coals.

Food is generally pretty good and our orders via the drive-thru are usually correct.

I will give them a 5 star rating the day that my sandwich is 6 inches high as advertised on TV.

The home page advertised a deal for creating an account. After fighting with the system to create an account, i was not given the advertised deal. Further, no way to email them to let them know.

Had the fish at the Arbys in Mishawaka IN.It came out dry and old.You could tell by the beigey color.I took it back and made them give me a fresh one.what are they thinking?I feel for those who buy and take it home.I used to love Arby's.But the last few times we've been there the service is terrible and the food has been getting suckier and suckier.We won't be back.you need a no star rating.unfortunatly there is non here and I have to put something in order to send this.but it does not deserve a star at all.

Don't eat at Arby's anymore got a medium and wind up getting a small so I asked the employee if it was a med she said yes, and it cost 11.00 it's not worth it. I'll never eat hear again!
