I thought that once was bad but now after 2 trips to the 50st store they still can not get it right as the first time they did NOT include our mozza sticks and the curly fries. The sandwiches were microwaved and the curly fries were overcooked and the mozza sticks were undercooked which makes me think that there are some lazy people working at this store. The staff tried to make excuses but as I had to wait for the traffic to clear up so I could back out of the stall I was parked in, i did not see anyone from the store trying to give me the rest of the order as where I was parked I had a clear view of the store entrance, so the staff must of thought they could CTA by telling me that they tried to catch me. This is not the first time that this has happened but it will be the last as I will take my money elsewhere

Arbys food has gotten worse and worse. I ordered a brisket sandwich, it looked NOTHING like pics on your site. It was not worth the money at all. Shame on you and your quality, along with high cost. I shall never buy Arby's again!

I'm very disappointed with the jalapeño bites I received. I feel like I wasted my money on this item. My food was not freshly made. It was loot warm.

Purchased a deluxe fish combo asked for no tater sauce, It had plenty. It was two combos. Called the manager. Was told to bring back and entire order would be made over. I went another day gave receipt manger told me to write Fatima name on receipt. They only remade the fish sandwich over it was full of tater sauce and the bread was burnt. And they didn't give the fries or drink. Arby's needs to do 100% better. Ruined my dinner

Went to a Rochester location yesterday at about 3:30 pm NO FISH WHY Can't understand why this can happen

Bad Service always saying they don't have any roast beef food... Bad attitude and ignored at laughed at and was told no once. Arab, AL. Location Never eat here again.

I eat Arby's one half roast beef sandwiches all over Georgia and Alabama when traveling but my number one favorite is the Arby's on the Atlanta highway Montgomery Alabama. Jered the assistant manager and Diamond one of the employees along with Nick were super nice, very fast, smiling and you can see they love their job which makes this Arby's so enjoyable to eat there. When traveling through Alabama and I always stop at that Arby's once or twice a week. Jered even remember my name. Thanks to Mary the manager at this Arby's for her expertise in training.

This sandwich was 50% Grissell absolutely disgusting ruined my view on arby's.It was smashed there was no onion ring. It didn't look nothing like the picture. And it was asolutely disgusting to eat with all the gristle on it.
I want my money back.

We went through the drive through and asked for fresh food. The food is NOT FRESH. Along with we ask for a side of pickles every time and look forward to their pickles. The manager lied and said they didn't have pickles even when we offered to pay for them. Overall service sucks if you want cold food this is the place for you.

The meat on our sandwiches was not good. It had a gamie taste like it was sort of spoiled. The garlic was good and the bun was good. The meat tasted funny.

I was very disappointed. Looked nothing like commercial. I know that usually happens but I will show you. It was tasty but very disappointed.

We love Arby's food but the last three times we've went our order has come to us wrong. The last time I called them and spoke to the manager on duty. He apologized and said if we'd come back he'd make it right or next time we visited he'd make it right. I explained to him this was the third time and I felt he needed to correct it now and not at my expense but at his. After repeating the order back to us not only at the drive thru but at the window, including the sauces. They asked us again about what sauces we wanted and my daughter told them. When she got home with our dinner it was minus all the sauces. No Tzaziki sauce, no bronco
Berry sauce, no ranch & no Buffalo chicken slider sandwiches. I spoke to the manager on the phone and of course he refused to have the missing items sent or brought to my home. It would be different if it was the first time but this was the third time. All the times there were sandwiches missing and sauces missing. Unprofessional & unacceptable! Isn't part of there job too make sure the outgoing orders are correct? I think the Vero Beach Arby's has alot to work on when it comes to that. I'm personally not going back for at least 6 months. Give them a little time to try to fix the issue. If it's not fixed after that I'm done with Arby's! Good food or not. Thanks for listening. Hopefully this doesn't fall on deaf ears.

Had problem with missing fries and manager to lazy to come out while waiting for my new order few days later and address the problem, did not want to leave my dog alone and come inside...Called 3 weeks ago to corporate to complain and said food voucher would be sent...spoke today and still in mail...even if sent from China would be here by now...They figure you will forget...Not forgotten and will never give Arby's anymore business for there HIGH SODIUM products again.

I am a frequent customer to arby's and I love it, all the people who say it's bad don't know anything about meats in fact Arbys is known for the meats as seen in their commercials. I don't get all the hate towards arby's it's really good and I would go there everyday if it wasn't so far.PLEASE OPEN AN ARBY'S BY WEST COVINA I NEED IT!

This horrible place gave me stage 5 bowel cancer! I got the loaded chicken bacon ranch mac n cheese when suddenly my stomach felt like 1,000 bulls ran and created a stampede inside my intestines! I went and $#*! it all out but i had to stay in there for 3 weeks. After they got the firemen to get me out i had to be in the hospital on bedrest, my butthole still burns after 2 years! DONT GET FOOD FROM HERE!

Arby's roast beef sliders used to be larger and cheaper and now they went for tiny and more expensive they're not worth the money they are now a $1.98 instead of $1.49 and they're not worth a $1.49 right now. These pictures were taken with a measuring tablespoon so that you can actually see the size this was from the Clinton Utah Arby's the bread is gross too now
